Meet Darius Reese

I’ve spent over 10 years coaching elite athletes in the United States, from NFL prospects and Olympic hopefuls to high school athletes chasing scholarships.

Since moving to Australia, I’ve helped Queensland’s men’s and women’s flag football teams win back-to-back national titles. I’ve also coached the first U15 boys and U17 girls national champions and created development camps to grow the game.

My programs are grounded in real coaching, not just workouts. I focus on injury prevention, movement quality, and building athletes that can dominate the game with confidence.
